Free Customer Feedback Tool 1 to Get Customer Testimonials – VideoAsk
What is it?
VideoAsk is a free customer feedback tool that allows businesses to engage with their customers in meaningful ways by using video. You can simulate a face-to-face interaction with your customers at scale, allowing you to build stronger relationships with them. VideoAsk can be used to create custom feedback surveys tailored to your company’s needs, collect testimonials, and conduct interviews.
What’s great about it?
Scalable personalised feedback! Setting up your VideoAsk research is simple, with features like customisable templates, automated triggers, and real-time visitor monitoring making managing customer interactions a breeze. You can also set up some conditional logic to allow you to delve deeper into an area based on how they respond to your questions. VideoAsk also integrates with third-party tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel, making it easy to track customer interactions and optimise feedback surveys.
What are the limitations of the platform?
The free plan allows you to try out the platform by processing up to 20 minutes of audio per month, which is enough to collect a few short testimonials/responses from selected customers each month. The free plan also includes VideoAsk branding, which may be unsuitable for some businesses.
Pricing model:
Decent Free Plan – As mentioned, their free plan gives you enough to get some regular customer feedback from the platform.
Free Customer Feedback Tool 2 to collect and organise feature/service requests – Sleekplan
What is it?
Sleekplan is a customer feedback tool that collects and organises feature requests/service enhancements to help you better understand your customers’ needs and prioritise your product/service development roadmap.
What’s great about it?
The platform is a simple and clean solution for collecting, managing, and acting on customer feedback all in one place. Customers submit ‘ideas,’ which you then decide whether or not to act on. The platform will provide updates to those users who supported the idea as you progress through the development process and move it to different stages (e.g., being developed, completed). Finally, when things are ready, you can announce them via the platform. It’s simple to use.
What are the limitations of the platform?
Sleekplan’s free plan limits you to only ideas and a change log you can’t create a roadmap or access some of their more advanced features. But you do get unlimited tracked users, unlimited feedback and unlimited subscribers. It also took some time to get used to the platform’s terminology and then adapt that terminology to our business.
Pricing model:
Decent Free Plan – As mentioned, their free plan gives you enough to get ideas and feedback from your customers and keep everyone updated.
Free Customer Feedback Tool 3 to manage customer service queries – Tawk
What is it?
Tawk is a free live chat platform that allows customers to communicate in real time with your business. It is the most widely used live chat software in the world, with over 35% of all websites using live chat using tawk.to.
What’s great about it?
Tawk’s price is one of its best features because it is completely free to use. There are no hidden fees or charges, and you can use it to communicate with your customers in real time at no additional cost. Tawk also includes a number of features that simplify the management of customer interactions, such as customizable chat widgets, automated triggers, and real-time visitor monitoring.
What are the limitations of the platform?
Tawk is free to use, but it has some limitations. The most important is probably support; it has a thriving support community, but getting direct assistance can be difficult. Furthermore, platform branding may be an issue for users. They also provide a paid service to respond to messages, so you’ll get upsells from them after you sign up which can be annoying.
Pricing model:
Genuinely free to use – for just the live chat part of the service you can use for your business at zero cost.
