Digital and Social Media For SME’s

The digital revolution is changing the way we work and communicate providing countless opportunities and challenges along the way. More than 65 million businesses now have a Facebook business page and customers are expecting to communicate with their favourite brands via the various digital and social media channels. Research shows that costumer engagement can be heightened through social media experiences, improving customer retention and organisational value. But what does it take to get your digital and social media marketing right? Join Dr Timo Dietrich in this Entrepreneurship Seminar Series to get the latest insights into the digital trifecta, digital strategy and digital tactics.


Dr Timo Dietrich currently holds a joint position with Griffith University and The University of Queensland as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow. He has published in 40 peer-reviewed books, journal papers, and conference papers and has been awarded more than $AUD 600,000 in research and consulting funding. Timo works with a diverse range of industry partners using Social Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Gamification to foster positive behaviour change.
