Alisha Taylor-Jones is the Workplace Implementation Lead at Our Watch; Australia’s leader in the primary prevention of violence against women. Alisha is a subject matter expert responsible for creating content and running programs to support businesses to prevent violence against women (including sexual harassment) in workplaces. She has extensive experience working in and with the corporate, government, not-for-profit, and education sectors, including businesses associated with mining, manufacturing, logistics, and production. Alisha also runs her own business as a sole trader/consultant for the last 14 years based in rural WA, and volunteers for the local Fire and Rescue Service.

Alisha has a Masters in Gender and Development, a Cert IV in Small Business Management, and 20 years of experience working with businesses to foster gender equality, and inclusive leadership.
