Lucy is the founder and managing director of Lucy Cole Prestige Properties, a multi-office real estate agency she established on the Gold Coast, Australia, in January 2000. It is now the most successful independent Real Estate agencies in Queensland, with annual sales of close to $300 million
Lucy, who was one of the first women in Australia to set up her own agency is now regarded as one of the country’s leading prestige real estate agents. A three-time winner of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland salesperson of the year, Lucy is one of the property industry’s most successful and influential figures. Nicknamed by the media as the Gold Coast’s Property Queen, Lucy and her team have consistently set records for the highest priced sales for properties throughout the region.

As well as running her business, Lucy Cole is a mother of two sons, has four grandchildren, and is a survivor of cancer.. Her community roles have included:
Surfers Paradise-Broadbeach Chamber of Commerce: Lucy served on the committee of the Surfers Paradise Chamber of Commerce for 16 years and was Vice President and President for two terms
Heart of the City Committee: Lucy served on the local government advisory committee for 10 years
Light Rail Business Advisory Group: Lucy served on a committee to advise the State and Federal Government of business interests when Light Rail was first constructed on the Gold Coast.
Real Estate Employers Association: Lucy served as a board member
Leading Agents of Australia: Lucy served on the board of the invitation-only association of top Real Estate agencies from around Australia.
