We launched Navig8Biz to empower you to achieve the success you’ve always hoped for and run the business of your dreams. Knowing that only 20% of businesses will survive the first five years wasn’t good enough for us.

Co-founders, Nick Barnsdaland Joanne have both spent years mentoring, educating, and coaching business owners, when we decided to come together and make a change. Navig8Biz was born from a simple need: Business owners need support, experience, empathy, community, and guidance from those who had traveled the business road many times before. They needed to understand how to grow their business, and strategically map out those steps from start to finish.

Everyone else was teaching business owners how to start a business. No one was showing them how to follow through.
We stand for those who have been in business for many years, and those who have recently launched and don’t know what to do next. We help you redefine your purpose, re-energise profits, establish goals, ignite innovative ideas, and connect you with other business owners and the world at large. From start-up to scale-up, our mission is to increase the success rate and improve profitability for businesses the world over.
