Mandy and Michael Bishop, from Platypi Chocolate in Victoria, hosted the inflight magazine crew from Japan Airlines. Platypi Chocolates was visited as part of a tour of boutique Victorian chocolate makers who will be showcased in a 13-page feature in the airline’s inflight magazine Skyward February edition. The magazine’s readership is 3.66 million per month!

Platypi Chocolate have refined their online product offering and plan to incorporate a mailing service to Japan on their website. An online sales platform is being funded under the Digital Champions project to maximise this opportunity.  Thanks to their digital transformation, Platypi Chocolate are able to promote their business and reach an international audience.
