Membership cancellations received within 7 days of registration or renewal are eligible to receive a full refund, less banking fees.

A $50 administration fee may be deducted if a membership is cancelled after 7 days, but within 14 days.

If any work has been undertaken by Small Business Association of Australia on behalf of a member or the member has used or received benefits from the membership, no refund will be given.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund, requests for cancellation must be received in writing to Small Business Association of Australia via email to info@smallbusinessassociation.com.au
